شعارهاي رسانه اي

 

آيا تا به حال هيچ دقت كرده ايد كه رسانه ها خود را چگونه به مخاطبانشان معرفي مي كنند؟ آنهايي كه با خواندن مطبوعات غربي و بويژه آمريكايي مانوس هستند حتماً به خاطر مي آورند كه زماني رسم بر اين بود شعارهايي در داخل يا نزديكي كادر نام نشريه يا همان nameplate درج شود ، البته اگر هم به هر دليل مجالي براي مطالعه آنها نيافته ايد احتمالا نمونه هايي از شعارهايشان را در جايي خوانده ايد و يا از كسي شنيده ايد. اين رويه را هنوز هم كم و بيش مي توان در برخي از روزنامه ها ديد اگر چه كه به مرور پاره اي از اين شعارها تغيير كرده يا به كلي كنار گذاشته شده است.
رويكرد مطبوعات در اين عرصه را مي توان به صورت زير تقسيم و تحليل كرد:
-گروهي از مطبوعات مانند نيويورك تايمز با شعار: تمام خبرهاي قابل چاپ (All the News That's Fit to Print) به نوعي سعي داشته و دارند اصول خود در عرصه خبررساني را اعلام كنند.
-عده اي ديگر همچون شيكاگو تريبيون با شعار World's Greatest Newspaper يا Morning Call با شعار Lehigh Valley's Greatest Newspaper نوعي لاف زني را در دستور كار خود قرار داده بودند اگر چه كه امروز بايد شعارهاي اين گونه روزنامه ها را اغلب در منابع تاريخ رسانه ها سراغ گرفت...
آنچه در ادامه از نظر مي گذرد پاره اي از شعارهايي است كه برخي از مطبوعات آمريكايي سالها در لواي آن فعاليت كرده اند. البته همانگونه كه پيش از اين نيز اشاره كردم امروز يا ديگر از اين شعارها خبري نيست و يا مطبوعاتي كه چنين شعارهايي را مستمسك قرار داده بودند از دور خارج شده اند و يا شعارها تغيير كرده است. ناگفته نماند هنوز معدود نشرياتي همانند نيويورك تايمز را مي توان يافت كه با همان شعارهاي گذشته به فعاليت خود ادامه مي دهند. تصور مي كنم نيازي به توضيح اضافه نباشد چراكه شعارها اغلب به تنهايي گويا هستند:
